1. Acceptable Use

By using Wide Open, you agree to comply with the following rules:

  • You must not upload any illegal, offensive, explicit, or prohibited content.
  • You must not abuse, disrupt, or exploit the service, including automated scraping or excessive API requests.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with Etsy's Terms of Service and policies.
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the Wide Open platform.

2. Intellectual Property

  • User Ownership: You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to Wide Open.
  • Generated Content: You own all rights to the titles, descriptions, and tags generated by our service for your uploaded content. You are free to use them on Etsy or other platforms.
  • Platform Ownership: Wide Open owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform itself, including the interface, code, logo, and branding.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Subscription: Wide Open offers paid subscriptions billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial use of a subscription period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wide Open is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  • No Warranty: We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.
  • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee any specific sales results, rankings, or performance on Etsy or any other platform as a result of using our tools.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Wide Open harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or any content you generate and publish.
