- Usage Data: We collect anonymous data on how you interact with our Viewfinder and Darkroom features to improve the user experience.
- Uploaded Content: Photos you upload for analysis are processed securely. EXIF metadata (including GPS location) is stripped before storage; print-resolution copies are kept for at most 30 days. See How we handle your photos for details.
- Generated Content: We store the titles, descriptions, and tags generated by our AI to provide you with history and access to your creations.
- Payment Information: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
2. Data Usage
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Wide Open service.
- To generate Etsy-optimized listings based on your uploaded photos.
- To improve our AI models and overall service quality.
- To communicate with you regarding your account, updates, and support.
- To process payments and manage your subscription status.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party services necessary to operate our platform:
- Stripe: For secure payment processing.
- OpenAI: For AI-powered text generation and image analysis.
- Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
- Vercel: For hosting our web application.
- Analytics Providers: We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and records page views and referrers without identifying you, to understand website traffic.
4. User Rights
You have the right to access, update, and control your personal data:
- Access: You can view your account information and generation history directly within the app.
- Update: You can update your profile information in the settings page.
